Vale a pena!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;Pequis (o quanto vc quiser usar)&lt;br /&gt;Arroz - 2 copos&lt;br /&gt;Alho a gosto&lt;br /&gt;Cebola a gosto&lt;br /&gt;Cheiro verde&lt;br /&gt;Açafrão (1 colher de sopa)&lt;br /&gt;Frango desfiado (1 copo)&lt;br /&gt;Azeite&lt;br /&gt;Sal&lt;br /&gt;Pimenta&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modus operantis:&lt;br /&gt;Refogue bem o açafrão no azeite, depois que tiver ficado quase "marrom", acrescente o alho, a cebola, os pequis e mexa durantes uns 5 minutos. Depois coloque o arroz e o frango desfiado. Refogue mais um pouco, até começar a "pegar" no fundo da panela. Acrescente água fervendo e cozinhe até o arroz ficar macio. Resolvi dar cabo delas fazendo um bolo...procurei várias receitas e gostei &lt;a href="http://tudogostoso.uol.com.br/receita/13900-bolo-de-banana-da-vovo.html"&gt;dessa aqui&lt;/a&gt;, mas fiz algumas adaptações:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8 bananas d'água bem maduras (usei 7 bananas maçã beeeem maduras)&lt;br /&gt;3 ovos inteiros&lt;br /&gt;1 xícara de óleo de canola (usei só 1/2 xícara)&lt;br /&gt;2 xícaras de açúcar (usei só 1 xícara e fiquei pensando que da próxima vez vou tentar com açúcar mascavo)&lt;br /&gt;2 xícaras de farinha de rosca&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de canela em pó (pode colocar mais se gostar, acho que não foi o bastante para o meu paladar)&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres de chá de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modus operantis: bater tudo no liquidificador, menos a farinha de rosca e o fermento que devem ser colocados depois, numa vasilha que não seja a do liquidificador. Refogue a cebola no azeite e junte os brócolis. Deixe refogar em fogo baixo por cerca de 5 minutos. Coloque na forma e salpique com sal e pimenta. Reserve. Bata as claras em neve. Misture em um processador a couve-flor, a maionese e o iogurte. Junte as claras e misture delicadamente. Tempere com sal. Coloque sobre os brócolis e polvilhe com o parmesão ou outro queijo (eu não usei queijo). Cozinhe com pouquíssima água até ficar al dente. Desligue o fogo, misture o brócolis picadinho e abafe. Só o calor do cozimento das verduras, vai deixar seu brócolis no ponto. O melhor de tudo é que ela coloca um passo-a-passo com fotos! Sigam à risca que não tem como dar errado. Eu entendi que rendiam 40 empanadas no lugar de 20, mas ficou ótimo...menores, mas lindas! &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes para a massa:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 kg de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;200 gramas de banha (eu fiz com a banha, mas creio que pode ser substituída por margarina)&lt;br /&gt;500 ml de agua&lt;br /&gt;1 ovo&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de sopa sal&lt;br /&gt;Misturar todos os ingredientes. Nao precisa amassar, somente misturar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes para o recheio&lt;/strong&gt; (é de carne, mas eles dão um outro nome: de pino)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;600 grs de carne moída de boa qualidade&lt;br /&gt;1,2 kg de cebola picada (não se assuste, é isso mesmo!)&lt;br /&gt;3 caldos de carne (não usei)&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de sopa de cominho&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres de sopa de paprika picante&lt;br /&gt;1 colher sopa de orégano&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de sopa de sal&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de chá de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de sopa de farinha de trigo&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4 ovos cozidos &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;20 azeitonas&lt;br /&gt;(segundo a Cláudia, todas as colheres são rasas)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modus operantis&lt;/strong&gt;: pique a cebola e depois lave bem, embaixo de água corrente. É para tirar um pouco da acidez. Depois, misture a carne, a cebola e os temperos numa panela e vá mexendo. Não precisa refogar com azeite. A carne vai soltar água, mas é bom deixar evaporar, pois o ideal é que fique mais sequinha. O caldo que tiver sobrado vai ficar mais grossinho. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;É bom fazer o recheio um dia antes, fica mais "apurado". &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Divida a massa em 20 bolinhas de 80 gramas (+ ou -), abra com um rolo. Deve ficar parecido com massa de pastel, redondinha (a minha não ficou muito). Aí, vc colocar uma colher generosa da carne cozida, um quarto de ovo cozido e uma azeitona em cada disquinho de massa. Fecha com a mão, depois com o garfo, como se faz com um pastel. Minha versão sofreu adaptações em relação à &lt;a href="http://www.chucrutecomsalsicha.com/archives/2008/03/minha_sopa_de_tomate.html"&gt;receita original &lt;/a&gt;e digo que vale a pena experimentar!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para duas pessoas com fome: 1 lata de tomate pelado de boa qualidade batida no liquidificador com a mesma quantidade de água fervendo. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Refogue dois dentes de alho picados em duas colheres de azeite de oliva até ficar beeem dourado, jogue o tomate batido dentro e deixe cozinhar. Mientras ferve, jogue salsinha bem picadinha e cebolinha bem picadinha dentro, junte um pouco de sal e pimenta em pó a gosto (eu usei um aji chileno, merquén). Também acrescentei um pouco de manjericão desidratado (não tinha fresco).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Faltando um minuto pra desligar a sopa, acrescente bastante queijo ralado. Eu usei um pouco de parmesão e um pouco de queijo prato. Comprei um pacote de macarrão de arroz e vai render, pq nesta receita para duas pessoas não usei nem 1/5 do que veio no pacote. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 80 g de macarrão de arroz devidamente preparado, de acordo com instruções da embalagem;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1 cenoura ralada (ou cortado em tiras finas);&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1 xícara de repolho (branco ou roxo) cortado em tiras grossas;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1/2 cebola, alho a gosto, cheiro verde, sal a gosto, pimenta, 1 sachê de caldo de legumes 0% gordura. Se gostar, coloque pimentão - eu não pus pq não tinha em casa.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1 xícara de carne desfiada ou frango desfiado ou queijo parmesão ou o que vc tiver na geladeira dando mole;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- 1/3 xícara de milho (pode ser ervilha, lentilha, ou outro ingrediente parecido)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modo de fazer:&lt;/strong&gt; refogue com azeite de oliva a cebola, o sal e a pimenta. Até a cebola ficar transparente. Acrescente a cenoura, o repolho, o milho e 1 sachê de caldo de legumes 0% gordura. Refogue mais um pouco. Coloque meia xícara de água quente, espere 30 segundos e jogue o macarrão de arroz, já devidamente preparado (de acordo com o que diz na embalagem). Não deixe os legumes cozinharem, a idéia é que fiquem crocantes.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Pronto! Eis a receita:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CICLO SANDUÍCHE 900g&lt;br /&gt;1 1/4 de copo de água&lt;br /&gt;1/4 de copo de óleo1&lt;br /&gt;3/4 de colher de chá de sal&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres de sopa de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;1 copo de farinha de centeio, de milho ou integral&lt;br /&gt;3 copos de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de sopa de linhaça (nós colocamos 4 colheres de sopa)&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres de chá de fermento biológico seco&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coloque os ingredientes na máquina. Selecione o ciclo sanduíche e ligue. Após alguns minutos verifique a consistência da massa, se estiver disforme coloque mais água, se estiver grudando na cuba coloque mais farinha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Muito bom! Além do doce de laranja, eles também vendem frutas desidratadas produzidos lá mesmo. Fiquei ansiosa para tentar a receita quando vi no &lt;a href="http://comidinhasdobem.blogspot.com/"&gt;Comidinhas do Bem &lt;/a&gt;o quão fácil é fazer esse docinho.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ingredientes: 1 medida de cascas de laranja e 2 medidas de açúcar cristal. Uma panela grande.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de Fazer: As laranjas devem ser bem lavadas (e podem ser previamente degustadas). As cascas picadas finamente. No meu caso, usei a máquina de descascar laranja do sogrão. E cortei tirinhas de mais ou menos 5 cm.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Escalde as cascas em água fervente por 30 segundos. Eu faço isso duas vezes. Enxague e deixe de molho em água fria por uma noite ou por, no mínimo, 8 horas.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Escorra a água, coloque as cascas na panela, acrescente o açúcar e leve ao fogo, mexendo até cristalizar.
